Our Little Story

Every artist has a story — and this is ours.
 

Milly, Elly Maria Garcia, began her creative journey at the age of nine. Today, at thirteen, her imagination and style have grown beautifully with her. She expresses emotions in ways that are both wonderfully mature and delightfully funny — a combination that makes her art unmistakably her own.

From the very beginning, creating drawings and paintings using different techniques gave her a sense of calm, joy, and freedom. Music soon joined this world: playing the violin, piano, ukulele, and guitar helped her name and shape emotions that were sometimes difficult to express with words — even though she speaks three languages. Her artistic practice also strengthened her coordination, patience, and the delicate precision needed in both art and music.

These creative moments became a gentle escape between school and all her other passions — tennis, dancing, learning new languages, or horse riding. And from these moments of quiet focus or playful energy, Milly’s artworks emerged: unique, joyful, evolving pieces that reflect her growing sensitivity, humor, and vibrant imagination. Each one remains a small treasure for her family.

We created this virtual gallery so that now — and years from now, wherever life takes us — we can admire Milly’s artwork together and revisit the magical, unforgettable moments of their creation.

We also wanted to share her art on a wider scale — hoping that even in the smallest way, the world might pause and become a little more open, a little more sensitive to the wonderfully imaginative pieces created from age nine to thirteen. Each artwork carries a touch of her extraordinary and deeply moving story.
